New Placements, More Coming!

Image
It’s been a busy spring at SalesBountyHunter, and I wanted to share a few recent wins along with the roles we’re actively working to fill right now. Recent Placements We recently placed candidates with two clients in Miami: A law firm that originally came to us through a referral from another company A long-term client we’ve partnered with for some time Referrals like these are especially meaningful. They show that clients trust our work enough to recommend us to others, and that’s the kind of growth we value most. Open Roles We are currently focused on filling several attorney positions, including: Attorney roles in New Jersey Additional attorney positions for our Miami-based law firm client If you’re in either of these markets and thinking about your next opportunity, we’d be glad to connect. Networking I continue to stay active with my networking group, NLX (The Lead Exchange). These relationships consistently play a key role in turning conversations into real opportunities an...

A Pickle Goes to Anaheim

You see everything—Doctor Octopus, Freddy Fazbear, Ghostface from Scream , Arc Raiders characters, and countless other creative costumes moving through the crowds. It’s a relaxed, energetic environment where you can just wander and appreciate the effort and imagination people put into their cosplay. From detailed bui...

Image
In today’s competitive job market, your resume is your first impression. As a recruiter who reviews hundreds of them, I can tell you that certain things immediately stand out, for better or for worse. While many people worry about AI screening their application, the truth is that at my agency, a human reviews every resume. Here are the top five things I look for that separate a good candidate from a great one. Table of Contents Stability Value Relevance Personality Remember This Conclusion Stability The first thing I check is job tenure. Seeing that a candidate has stayed in a role for at least two years is a strong positive signal. While one or two short stints can be explained, a pattern of frequent job-hopping (multiple jobs within a single year, for example) is a major red flag for employers. Value Do not just list your duties; show your accomplishments. I look for resumes that include clear metrics and accolades. For example: “Increased team sales by 15%...
